Salon Policy

RESERVATIONS

Extensive and multiple salon/spa services may require a major credit card to secure appointments. Nothing will be charged to your account until services are rendered. 

CANCELLATIONS

We request a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Last minute cancellations and no shows will result in the customer being charged for the appointment.

DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your complete service. We will do our best to accommodate any unexpected delays; however, it may be necessary to either abbreviate service at the originally scheduled appointment’s rate or reschedule.

PAYMENT

We accept all payments; Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Personal Checks. Save 3.5% by paying cash, debit or check.
*Gift certificates available upon request

CHILDREN

Unless at the salon for their own service, for their safety, no children under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. 

GIFT CARDS/CERTIFICATES

No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. They are non-transferable and will expire one year from the purchase date.
