Deposits 

At Personal Touch Salon, we strive to ensure the utmost positive and enjoyable salon experience. As a courtesy to our guests and stylists, we now require new customers to pay a non-refundable deposit to book all services. This deposit will be held and used toward services on the day of your appointment.

In the event of a cancellation, a notice of 24-hours or more is required to receive a full deposit refund.

To complete your deposit, please select either:

• “New Client Haircut Deposit” for all services taking 1 hour or less

  OR

• “New Client Color Deposit” for a services that are 2 hours or longer, (Ex: smoothing services, corrective color, Balayage, hair extensions, etc.)

**Please note, paying a deposit does not automatically accept online appointment requests. If you do not receive a text confirmation or email of your appointment, please contact the salon (210-342-6532) during salon hours and we will gladly assist you and confirm your appointment slot.

Also please note, Personal Touch Salon accepts cash, check, and debit card payments. We are also happy to accept credit cards as well for a nominal 3.5% convenience fee.
